Our Process:
The 6 Phase Approach

Everything begins with your goals. Understanding your needs is my first step to tailor a strategy that has a long term foundation and aligns with your vision. Our Process has 6 phases. We do not skip steps. We get your results IF you follow the process.

BEGIN HERE by scheduling an assessment call with us to see we are a good fit.

 

Phase 1: THE ROUND-UP

We round up your digital assets, physical assets, current players on the team, your offering(s) and your lead magnet(s) and anything else you have. In this phase we take inventory. Content drives design, so we need to know what you have and what you need.

Phase 2: YOUR PLAYBOOK

We create your custom playbook (in other words we make a plan). Have you ever built a house without a blueprint? We do not recommend it. We make a clear roadmap to hit your goals. This includes your value ladder, your audience (yes we will nail your niche), your offers, pricing, lead magnets and we put this all together on a map so you have a clear strategic growth plan to make date driven decisions and build your business. Here we take your business out of your head and put it on “paper.”

Phase 3: BUSINESS SIDE

We are building and growing your business, not your hobby. We make sure you have a legal company formed, a legal name, insurance in place, a business bank account plus necessary licenses, compliance, business cards (yes you need them) and more. Yes, this appears to be a no-brainer for us , so it you can check all the items on the “Business Side” list, then great this phase will be a breeze. If not, we will make sure your ducks are in a row.

Phase 4: SOFTWARE & FUNNELS

Next it is time to put all the technology pieces in place. When you setup software and funnels, you typically have a long term relationship with your CRM software and a level of commitment with the pieces you put in place. We want to ensure you have with the right software to support your business. We now put your Playbook in action!

Phase 5: MARKETING

Marketing is such a big section from what can we automate and what we cannot. … from organic outreaches to paid ads … from social media to content creation. Plus we get deep into new client acquisition, booking clients, referral programs & partnerships.

Phase 6: KNOW YOUR NUMBERS

We need to know your numbers, so your can scale your business. We setup system audits, advanced reporting and look at specific analytics to see what is working (and what is not). It’s about retention & growth. You don't need more tactics or tools; you need have technology that works for you, a smart strategy and to know your numbers.
